997.2 TTS Suspension Advice

I searched the subject, but didn't really find what I was looking for. I recently unloaded a Viper ACRE and picked up a 2011 TTS. The car is completely stock and I love it! I tracked my ACR quite a bit, and I plan to take this to the track from time to time. I want to lower the car, but I'm not sure what will be the best way to do that and have solid track capability. I see a lot of guys doing a lot of stuff to the suspension components and I'm not sure what direction to head in.

What do you recommend for a 80 street / 20 track setup that will lower the car? Is there a "total package" adjustable setup that gets the job done, or will a cheap set of springs do? I liked the adjustability of the ACR because you could quickly change the setting from track to street duty. Is there anything like that that you track guys are using?

Also, are there any weak points to this car at the track? Cooling issues, brake fade, etc? Thanks in advance, track gurus.
