PCCB Pads on Steel Rotor Setup

Hi guys,

I am looking for a quiet, low dust producing street pad for my 997.1tt steel rotor red caliper car. Someone told me to consider using the PCCB pads as the material does not create dust and fits the steel setup calipers.

Can anyone else vouch for this?

Thanks!

Paint the wheels the color of "Brake Dust", you'll be happier. LOL

I love my PCCB's, nearly zero dust, great stopping power.

Do you have PCCB pads on a steel rotor/red caliper setup?

atm4jim is infamous around these parts
I inadvertently used PCCB pads on the rear steel rotors when I was swapping them out for steel for track use and it squeaked like crazy! Even without the noise problem, I would think the friction difference between the PCCB and steel rotors will cause other problems.
