Need thoughts on DME for 2007 997.1 TT

Good Morning, looking to buy a 2007 997.1 turbo with the following DME. Range 5 has me thinking, but not sure if it is a big deal. Searched the forums, but seems like everyone has different feedback on each car based on the results, so I listed this one below for your thoughts.

Range 1- 18536, operating hours 1728.3
Range 2 -1917, operating hours 1726.2
Range 3- 310, operating hours 1414.5
Range 4- 228, operating hours 1414.5
Range 5- 118, operating hours 1413.4
Range 6- 0, operating hours 0

Lost some sleep tonight about this and looking for people's thoughts. Car has about 63K miles.

How many miles. Some tunes raise the rev limit and make these look worse than they may be.

Good luck

It's a matter of personal preference but since the range 3+ readings were hundreds of hours ago (assuming the car has at least 1728 operating hours...probably more than that) if the car does well on a PPI I wouldn't personally be concerned. This DME may reduce the number of buyers when you resale though, if that is a concern.

Also, my guess is the car has a tune. Just for reference, my car (purchased 2.5 years ago) has a maxed range 1 and range 2 over-rev reading along with some over-revs in the higher ranges as well. The car runs great....

Agreed, car should be good to go if it checks out otherwise.

Thanks for everyone's feedback. Decided to pass based on the car also having an aftermarket gt front bumper and rear spoiler with bad fitment.
