Where does this leave the C2S/C4S x51 cars?

A speced out C4S x51, aero, etc is over 120k, why not just get a TT?
I feel bad for the guys who spent 115-120k for the S x51 cars, should've waited I guess. I for one, thought the TT would be priced out of this world(140-150K), but at 122.9K it's practically a bargain.

Yep - Chris I agree 10000%
Makes no sense at all and it's is the genius of Porsche marketing that got them to buy the x51 in the first place.
Those will be a nice pick-up on the used car market in 2 years for someone!

mine cost almost that much and I didn't get the x51
but if I were to spec the turbo with similar options I bet it will be around 150-160k...

My 997S X51 was $116. It is well equipped with full leather interior, leather sun visors, heated electric sport seats; Bose upgrade, 6 disk, PCM, NAV and PCCBs. We'll see what the 997TT is with all of that; it will be a lot more. I might buy one some day.
I'd rather have a 997 than a 996 (GT2 and GT3 excepted, since they are limited production cars).

Your car is a club coupe though, different in my book. Plus the TT comes with a lot standard (full leather, nav, bose, etc).
I'd love to have a club coupe, hell I tried. In fact I almost bought a new C4S, bailed at the last second, now I'm glad I did . TT here I come!
