Wheel Sizes ...

I'm ready to order wheels ... Do we have enough information to order 20" wheels for the turbo that will fit around the Cermamic Brakes? Width, sizes, etc ...

thanks,
Dario

most likely 20's will fit and the offset will probably be the same as the Carrera 4S.

I read on the 996TT board someone bought wheels from a member and they wouldn't fit because he had ceramics ... same scenario here? ... also on the 996TT when I went up to 19"s the width was also wider ... same scenario here?

Thanks
Dario

Photoshop would be FANTASTIC ... My skills are limited to profile views ... I can't find a profile with those wheels except the 4-door Bentley Redline posted in the Bentley section but that's off a bit also ...

I like the one with more spokes but then you won't be able to see the Yellow calipers as well ... I'm 60% White Face and chrome lip ... and the other 40% brushed face chrome lip ..

you should do one side of tyhe car with the white face and the other side with the brushed face.
I am thinking of doing something similar as well but with black and a high polish

Those HRE's look pretty good as the stockers are a bit ugly IMO. Would have liked to see something like updated cross between the twists and gt3 wheels in the stock turbo offering. Maybe hold off on wheels until some of the new TT's hit the ground to be sure you are making the best choice on wheels

love the top 7 spoke wheels.IMO brushed face is the go.
When you order 20's do you need to specify you have PCCB's?
I am about to order some Zones for my C2S so i really need to know before i make an expensive **** up !!

Dario get something more aggressive man!
Those wheels, correct me if I'm wrong was designed for SUV's and sedans.
Not trying to sound like an *** here, just want to give my $0.02.

Hey Dario. You can fit 8,5x20 offset 50 for the front and 11x20 offset 35. It does not make any difference if you have PCCB or not. The tires sizes are 245/30/20 FA and 305/25/20 RA.

I just spoke to HRE and they are doing 20x9 & 20x11. With tire size 255/30/20 & 305/25/20. Porsche fanatic has a point the 9 series wheels were designed and reinforced for heavier vehicles such as a bentley or an SUV. You may like the design but I wouldn't go with it do to the extra weight. Pick out something from the 8 or 5 series and give me a call I would love to earn your business. By the way congradulations on your purchase. Danny (626) 568-8886
