991 GT3 PCCB breaks on 997.1

Would any one know the process / required parts (or perhaps done this conversion) to fit 991.1 PCCB OEM break kit on a 997.1?
It can be done, I'm just unsure of what parts will be necessary and how complex the job will be.

Here are the parts I'm looking to fit:

...rotors:
991.352.409.03
991.352.410.03
991.351.407.02
991.351.408.02

...and Calipers:
991.351.429
991.352.427/428

Bump on this one.

Can any one direct me to an adapter kit to make those breaks and rotors fit?
I found these guys, that sell the full kit, but do not sell the adapter kit separately - only sell with the rotors and breaks (which is strange), but any way. Any help would be appreciated.

Adapters will only be needed for the front. Here are the part numbers. Need adapter and bolts. Need to make new brake hard line as well from the cost line adapter to the calipers. Can get hardline at a parts store and bend yourself easily.

Hey Flewis, Would you know what the length of the break lines should be?
Do you have any direction on exactly where that break line sits?

Trying to source the parts to prevent any delays while installing.
