upgrading the turbo crankshaft during a build..

Hola! I am pre gaming on my build and I was wondering if anyone had the part number for the crankshaft that is considered the upgrade to our stock crankshaft. Is it the GT3 or GT3RS crank that has the smaller but wider diameter connecting rod journals? I want to make sure I order the right one as the builder will only install a new one. Does anyone have a part number?

What the frick is that cam shaft for?

Anyway here is some reading for you:

https://performancedevelopments.com/...-rod-bearings/

A billet crank from EVOMS:

Doing a quick look through, many builds do not reference cranks, though it seems that your horsepower goal would be indicative of whether or not that component should be looked at.

Yeah the Performance Developments article is what I read, and why I want to use this part. Sadly it does not not mention part numbers. Apparently the crank is OEM and about half price that of the billet crankshafts offered by EVOMS and other builders. I am not building a HP queen, but I understand the mechanics behind the larger surface area for the oil film provided by this crank swap. In the end it will be peace of mind and added reliability (in my opinion).

The GT3 KAT says:

97.76 engine:

2 numbers:
996 102 021 93

97.77 another version of the GT3 - maybe later build?)

996 102 021 95

and

97.74 The RS 4 liter engine

997 102 021 8B
