Spacer solution for unique lug bolts

My 20" wheels have a narrow bolt hole for the mounting bolts with an allen head. I use spacers for my 19" wheels with longer bolts to compensate. I need spacers for the wheels pictured but I have not idea where to source these lug bolts in a longer size. The spacers that bolt to the hub and then use the original lug bolts for the wheels would solve my problem if I could find a set that were 12-15mm wide but I haven't found any spacers under 17mm wide that can bolt to the hub and use the original lug bolts for the wheel.
Any idea where to find either 10mm longer lug bolts like the ones pictured or a bolt on spacer that is 12mm wide that will allow me to use the narrow bolts that work with these wheels?
