Before you walk ask for a compression/leak down test. If over-revs did any damage it will show.

 

If I understand, was this a one time “incident”? and did it just happen?

yes, it looks like one possibly one, possibly two, incidents, motor has 1448.6 hours total and reported 1-5 over-revs occurred at 1447.2 hours. What I don’t understand is the recorded range six over-revs that were reported at 1433 hours without showing any 1-5 over-revs at the same time.

 

Its because the 1-5 over revs at 1447 are more recent. They over ride the 1433 1-5 over revs that had to occur to get the range 6.
