I can tell you this, after now going down the Turbo to GT3 front bumper conversion path, it is far from "just a bumper" swap and has been V E R Y expensive (close to the cost of my OEM GT3 RS; and the washer delete is the least of it all.

Your conversion may be easier than mine as the similarity between the supporting components of the Turbo bumper and GT2 bumper should be less significant. Because you are now routing the center radiator air up, instead of down, you will defiantly need to change your radiator support frame (which cants the radiator to flow up, air guide), and chimney, and you may, or may not need to tap into the front of the tub to support he air guide.

I researched the crap out of this and still was met with many surprises (customizing a bespoke GT3 bumper to side radiator air guide to a Turbo bumper to side radiator air guide. (You may not have this challenge)). And then there are the fender liners, which on the GT 3 have different openings than the Turbo for brake cooling.

BTW - I used some plastic plugs I found at ACE Hardware to perfectly fill the headlight washer holes.

Good luck. And keep in mind that Google is your friend.

A little off-topic but close you can always do some mods to your Turbo bumper, I went with the very rare Oem full one piece carbon fiber GT2RS fenders (not the stick on flares )and OEM carbon fiber GT2RS hood , and customized the turbo bumper to fit ,with the radiator grill cut out on top.The shop had to fabricate the custom side pieces on the bumper to lineup with the Gt2RS side marker lights that stick out to match the fenders , they were able to use a GT3RS part and heat it up and mold it to the turbo bumper shape,.I also added the .2 headlights with some suspension mods to fill out the wheels to the fenders. Some pics with my street wheels Adv.1 & my track set up Dymags, it gives it a real bulldog kinda look from the front ,it's very subtle but when your parked next too another turbo you immediately notice how much more aggressive it looks.Have yet to ever see anyone else do this set up.
