I need some advice on wheels...

I ordered wheels and was able to have the manufacturer rush them (without charge as it was their first 997 turbo) because I so disliked the stock wheels. Now that I've had them installed on the car, I think they might look too small. I went with 19"s because I've heard tires would last longer and saw no real need to go bigger, but after seeing them on the car they look smaller than the stock wheels. Is it just my imagination? Do you have any other suggestions?

My criteria:
They must be black
I prefer five spokes
I'd like as much as a lip as possible
My wife likes mesh wheels

They look great to me. 20's look stupid on a sports car, IMO.

first off, black wheel will look small visually to begin with. wheel with lip will also look smaller because the center piece is indeed smaller. if u want them in 19'' & look big at the same time u can only pick something with no lips while the spokes come as far out as possible. i'm not sure if u have plan lowering the car but a small drop will give u a big visual difference.

Have the stock turbo 19" wheel painted black.

I have 20 x9 fronts and 20x12 rear HRE 547R with black centers...The car handles exactly the same as when I had the stock wheels....I also think they look gr8, not to large at all and proportional to the car...

I think those wheels look great! But then I like the stock wheels, too. I would personally not like the 20" as I think they will be too "spokey". A little bit of rubber profile on the tire seems to give the right look IMO. You don't want the car to look like your 10-speed derailleur.

I will be fitting some 20" Modulare M5s in black to a black 997 TT on Wednesday we are shooting for advertising. I'll get some pics up late this week if you can wait.
