I got a 997TT
Who da thunk ehhh, after me complaining about the looks of the car not being exotic enough and all that ranting blah blah blah.
Anyway I drove it for a day before I bought it and fell in love, so usable for everyday and pretty damn quick. As my sig shows what its got I wont bore you with all the details. Bottom line is I am happier than a pig in mud with it as I really missed driving a Porsche Turbo car.
Its a 07 with 1200 miles on the ticker when i got her. I will happily wait for the 997GT2 and see what Porsche brings to the table and then this one will be gone for sure if Porsche does it with the same mentality of the old GT2.
The ehxhaust has to go ASAP as its too damn quiet, even my wife said it didnt sound like a Porsche should, but she made me promise not to put straight pipes on it. I am looking into Fabspeed as I have had them before and was happy.
Question for you 997TT owners, has anyone yet to get the phone module installed, if so how much are they going for. PM me if you dont want everyone to know what you paid, I need to get this as in reality I really need it.
Oh yeah pics to come soon as soon as I have time to get her "camera ready".

Yes, the exhaust is soo needed.
I kept my PSE off this morning at 545am coming out of my driveway, as I drove off I thought how boring is this!!?? Soon as I got in open range I flicked the switch on, got a big smile...you know why!!! ;-)

My dealer quoted me approx $2500 to install the phone module. Not worth it in my opinion. Congrats on the TT man, I'm suprised you refer to it's performance as "pretty damn quick"

"pretty damn quick" I said because it seems to build speed so fluid like.
My last P car was a GT2 and when that built up speed you knew it.
Very happy with the car, esp. after I went to Mexico today and it hit 155mph "pretty damn quick"
