I am pretty sure that he cut out the lights windows and so on and only played with the Hue/Saturation of the body. Please let me know if I am right or wrong.

Yeah exactly. PS gives you a lot of possibilities. I just did a little AMG ETR Gallardo SE for the next "Disney's Cars" Movie. Did it in only 5 minutes, that is why the quality is not the best.

Wow stealth you called a pretty tuff job. Since I like playing with PS I tried something. Still not perfect though.
