I saw one recently with this exact combo and honestly in person it just doesn't do it for me...not nearly as mean looking as black.

I like it. This is probably the classiest color combination for the TT.

You are not buying a 127-130 car w. PCCB's the car base is $122,900 then the must have are

PCCB
Sport Chrono
Locking diff

Sticker will be almost $135 alone...
All else is personal

you seem fixated on it, but i think that the pccbs are personal, unless i am missing your point.

The salesman your talking about mike is a great guy and a pleasure to deal with. So you talked to him and told him you were ready to buy, Did you write him a check? Or were you just wasting his time. On another note i have seen the car in person, these pictures dont do it justice.

Doc did buy a car elsewhere...how would that be wasting his time?
When I was looking for my car I had a dealer in PA that likewise had no interest in returning my calls. Was I wasting his time?

Seems to me only people who have no true intention of buying are wasting the time of a salesman. Sales is their job right? First part of getting a sale...return the call of a hot lead.

That car is nicely optioned. There aren't a ton of options..just the must haves + PCCB's so I don't think its overdone at all. You would be surprised how quickly Porsche options add up! It has to have the options you want though + the color combination of choice.

back in july/august, the demand was very high and the supply was much lower than now. the dealers were getting x amount of cars, but were getting 15x amount of calls on x amount of cars. if they wanted to treat without respect, they certainly could, as they had plenty of buyers to take the place of any customer who felt he was treated poorly. i called mike regarding a car that he had listed in inventory. he told me it was sold, but that in a few days he would know more regarding his december-march 2007 allocation. i told him that i was a serious buyer and had owned 8 porsches, and was ready and able to buy. he told me that he would call me in a few days with the information regarding his allocations-i never heard from him again. i susequently ordered a car from princeton porsche and took delivery in november 2006. from a salesman who took me seriously. now that the demand is not so high, and the supply is a little better, i think that salesman like mike will treat potential buyers with more respect, as he has cars that are not sold. what do you think-does it sound to you like i was trying to waste his time? i am just wondering-are you affiliated with that dealership?

Considering the average profit of $33K per car, any saleperson should literally kiss your *** from the time you walk in.
