A friend of mine just informed me that the house direcley across is not Pat Rileys. It belongs to a man by the name of Mike Fernandez who recentley sold his pharmacutical company for $400m. It will be the largest home in miami dade. Pat Rileys house however is just left of the frame just not visible, and the boat that was parked behind Rileys, (a 135ft Trident named Crili) belonged to his neighbor, which is the owner of Florida Sugar.
