Very sad news indeed , makes my wonder if this Lotus Elises are safer enough with all those carbon fiber panels and weight reduction initiatives taken too far , although at more than 110 mph any hit in any car will be fatal . I love the Elise but seems to be very compact for a sports car in my opinion !

RIP Ron. My pthoughts and prayers are with his freinds and loved ones. He was a valuable member not only to 6speed, but also on the M5board for many years. He will be sorely missed.
