I am having to decide the same thing. My TT is due in a couple weeks and I need to make a wheel decision. This is going to be a sunday cruiser for me, so I am leaning towards the "bling" of 20"s. keeping the stock wheels for the track. there are definitely alot of 20" haters on here though, thats for sure!

I can't imagine it being that much of a difference in performance but bigger is never better.

When you going to the track?

I'm putting 20's on mine for bling *****es! But, I'm also keeping the stock 19's for some track tires. The 20's just look really good on those cars.

I recently read an article on the techart 997tt, with the 20's, and they claim that matched up with the right tire (in this case the continental sport contact 3's) that they handled as good if not better than the stock 19's. While I find this hard to believe, this is their take on it.

If not doing any tracking go with 20's.

If tracking or ****ty roads, go with 19's.

It's that simple

agreed dude. I am happy with my 20ies, no really big difference to the 19 - even with kinda hell driving on the roads -

but as the others said, If you want to chase the track time seriously, go with max 19ies, otherwise good tires ona 20 is pretto good enough

So the 20's seem to be fine for daily driving as I would be doing. The next ? is how do they look if you do not lower the car. Want to avoid the 4x4 look but cannot lower my car as I already have trouble getting up my driveway. TIA!
