Keep in mind he could use the HID fogs as driving lights, etc. I have used fog lights for their intended purpose maybe 3 times in my life - driving up to Fresno in the total fog-outs... I never turned them on in my S4, 911, etc. Even when I had my '93 Cobra, I left them off to look more like a CHP 5.0 in someone's rear view.
