I am now in SoCal. Orange County. Forgot to update my info! Suspension would be springs only. which, I am told by techart, is a 1" drop.

Techart Lowering Springs , PCM painted in Carrera White , "turbo" emblem in Gaurds, Y trim on the Steering wheel painted in white and it would be perfect.

Now that I know you live in OC, I say DON'T drop it! I remember how steep the driveways were down there. You'd end up scraping your front lip everytime!

visually i think it could use some drop.

however, from experience, everytime i lower a car, no matter how i do it or how much money it costs, the car always suffers in EVERY which way except aesthetics.

wow one of the best 997TT I have ever seen. I was not sure to put techart on my TT but now it's my best .

your car looks amazing as is but if you drop it for sure will look nicer. go with techart springs. they drop the car 20mm.

The car looks good as it is. You'll scrape the front on stock height, why make it worse?

I understand that a lower stance makes the car look better. However, I can gurantee that a cracked, scraped front lip looks alot worse than riding stock height. You would constantly have to swap out the lip.

I changed the lip on my 996 TT every three months and the car was not lowered. Besides the cost issue, there was the time and hassle of getting the lips sprayed. I had to keep three lips sprayed and ready to mount at any time. If you lower your car, you're probably looking at every two months no matter how carefull you are.

Its a trade off, you decide.
