OMG-What a car!!
I personally would never abuse this car when its new. The Dealer can check rpms in that black box and I dont need any stress if came to some warranty work and the dealer said,, I drove the car like I stole it.
130 mph in 6th gear doesnt exceed the break in rpm limit and is good enuff for me now.
Besides, 2,500 miles is something for me to look forward too, shifting at over 6,000 rpms in each gear..
I am just going to bide my time having fun with the 4,000 plus limt on the rpms.
What is a few more weeks or a month for the break-in.
Don
NOTE: Love Bugs in FL
I spent 3 hours yesterday getting those freaking love bugs off my car after a few hundred mile ride. The front was disgusting and took a lot of TLC to get the car back. Luckily I rejexed the car a few days ago and it was not as bad as it could have been. Those critters are suppose to be dormant in June but are still a menace. NO more drives in the Turbo until the love bugs disappear.

Its the best for me... Never wax again with this polymer. Really brings out the color.

Thanks, just ordered the rejex and clear sides from Eric at bumper plugs. The dealer was supposed to get some for me but let me down. It was the least I could do as many times as Eric checked shipping schedules for me!
Sam, we def have to get together, I thought about the clear bra thing, but just can't stand the way most of the ones I've seen look. I might give them a call later, we'll see.

chris...trust me...as **** as i am about my car, you can barely see any indication that i have a 3M clear bra on as DD is the mack daddy of clear wrapping. They custom tailor and cut where you can barely notice it. Our cars are dark colored so it is a must or you'll be beating yourself once the front bumper is all chipped up!!! I had them do my entire front bumper, side skirts, and rear side bumpers.
If you wish, come check out my car as i live close to you. Cheers

If you "google" on Rejex there are many sites explaining its properties. Rejexusa goes into detail about it.
It was made originally for large motor homes to protect their finishes from bugs and birds on the highway, hence the name.
Its a polymer and not a wax. I rejex the Porsche twice a year, its cheap at $15 a bottle. I do two applications every 6 months and wait a few days between the first and the second and let the rejex cure for the entire time.
You never wax the car after you appy rejex, just wash it and use a good quick detailer. Wax will remove the Rejex.
On cars without Rejex the love bugs and bird crap have to be removed move invasively, especially on the windshield. With Rejex everything sprayed off the Porsche with a garden hose yesterday.
I keep my car out of the sun so I dont know abt UV protection. But the polymer protects the paint.
My 2003 Cab looked new when I sold it a few months back and I attribute that to the Rejex applications.
