I am amazed by their outstanding customer service. They are a new Dealership and I hope the service always stays at the level it is at now.

I was 100% satisfied with the way they treated me.

They dont do JD Power Surveys anymore with Porsche so I dont get to rate them. I guess Porsche doesnt need the feedback like they did with my 993 and 996 purchases. Wonder why they dont participate in JD Powers anymore on new car purchases??

Don
I used to work at Porsche of Melbourne. Hated it. Im not going to start a pissing match here but nothing about that place is Porsche. Its just the building on the end that sells cars. I should just shut up now......

One time my brother in law was in a GM dealership, maybe 15yrs ago. He wanted to pick up a new car for his wife. Every salesmen ignored him & he eventually even climbed into the trunk of a Grand Prix. They still ignored him.

Yeah a lot of sales people have a hard time finding a middle way in "being pushy" and "ignoring"

That's downright . I'd love to see someone do that in any showroom.
