Suncoast - sponser off to the right or Sunset Imports (www.sunsetimports.com) - have had great service and pricing from both. Should be able to get replacement part shipped for less than $200.

Keep it as a spare - I have two extra in my garage - my driveway is a lip eater.

Unless of course you live in a place that has absouletely none of the following:

Curbs
Speedbumps
Driveways
Gas Stations with inclines and declines
Valet Parking
Cracks in the road

etc.

You can use that $500 to buy replacements.. LOL..

And I can promise you, on the first day you own the car, your going to scrape the lip on something. I know I did.. As did almost every other TT owner I have spoken to.

one of the things I really wish Porsche had done with this car, was install some sort of electronic lift for the suspension (like the Gallardo has) to improve ground clearance for driveways and gas stations etc..

It pains my heart everytime I hear that scrape.. It would only be worse if it were painted.

I've found with my driveway, if I engage Sport mode I don't scrape - don't know if it's the tighter compression/rebound with PASM but it does seem to help.

I guess that's why Porsche makes them out of black plastic.
