WHOO More toys....New Brakes!!

Well here are the fronts. I had to run and teach class so could only shoot the fronts.

The rotor is 380mm as opposed to 350mm in the front and rear. The front kit alone removes 14.4 lbs on the front. The rotors even though are bigger account for nearly 6 lbs each side of that reduction.
<O
The rear kit reduces almost 9 lbs total weight. The rotors alone are a 5.1 lb reduction on each corner in the rear.
<O
They are all a two piece floating design and are 6 piston. I should have them on in the week. Who needs the ceramics!? Not me Of course yellow should look ok on my car!

Just playing...

Those look awesome, Stephen. I can't wait to see them on the car. No doubt the unsprung weight will be noticeable - you'll have to give us your feedback. What fluid/pads are you going with?

I expect along with the dymags to really move some of that rolling mass out of there. The wheels made a huge change I suspect these will as well. Certainly less cost and issue than PCCBs.

I am running the Pagids they supply. Also will run ATE.

That's what - about 60 pounds of unsprung weight (wheels + brakes) removed? That should make for some interesting acceleration runs, too.

I believe that is about right. I have to go back and look at the wheel weights again but it is close. They are not hard on the eyes either
