high performance break pads

I need to change my pads on my 997 TT and am thinking about upgrading to high perf break pads. Not racing but I want a ggod compromise of street/track pads.
Any suggestions?

I'd be happy with less brake dust.

Out of curiosity, why the desire to change pad types? I'm assuming here you are using the steel rotor brakes rather than the ceramics.

My experience with 'pads is a bit out of date, but the race pads always seemed to bring significant compromises for street use -- they wouldn't work well when cold, or they would produce copious amounts of brake dust, etc. The stock Porsche brakes are supposed to be strong enough for track day use, even at a real race pace.

change

My pads are done (after 6K miles) and I figured since I track the car once a month I'd look for a "compromise pad" good on the street but also on the track.
