Yes,
I can do a bit of that stuff. And I'm not even bull****ing you.
Just a few months ago, my bro and I went to a two day, stunt driving school. It's called:
Bobbyoresports.com
Some of the things they did in the video are very advanced techniques, but once you learn the basics, shuffle steer, 180, reverse 180, box park, etc. the rest of the skill set builds on those. I even did a stunt course trial in my TT. It was a bit difficult as we had been using the Ford Escort ZX2 for two days, then jumping into a manual transmission, it was easy to forget the clutch and stall during certain manuevers..
But just like track driving, it just takes some instruction and seat time.
Bobby Ore drove my TT and he asked me if he could put it up on two wheels, that's where I drew the line and said no way. He was all too ready to pull out his ramps though.
I don't practice what we learned because it's hard on the tires and brakes, but once you know the skill, I think it would be hard to forget the basics.

Most of the techniques include, E-Brake to lock up, small flick of the wheel, wait for the car to come around. As a result of the lock up neccessary to initiate the techniques, flat spotting happens at almost every manuever.
