Hey Green! Hows it going? It's been awhile since you've posted...in fact, what happened to all your posts?

Green is infamous around these parts
My posts were sucked into a galactic black hole. Restarting from scratch...
So what made you decide to go for a TT?
I called for a test drive. Will have to see if its worth the extra $$$ over my 997S!

I loved my 997 C2S, but as soon as I drove the TT, I was absolutely hooked. The mindbending speed and torque were amazing. I toyed with the idea of a GT3, but I actually need to rear seats at times (to pass the wifey test). Plus in Chicago, the AWD will probably make it a better daily driver...which I intend to make it.

Good to see you posting again, bro!

So you're trading the C2S in , right? Did you get a decent value for it?
Mine is a lightly optioned 06, (MSRP was 86 k), with 12 k miles;I wonder how much it would fetch as a trade-in for the TT.

My C2S was an 2005 with 36k miles on it. I actually sold it for 55k which wasn't bad...like 4th degree rape rather than 1st degree...

Yeah, I've checked a couple of times and it doesn't show up.

But, that's the info from my dealer and it matches the info from Eric @ Bumperplugs.

I was going to write that in my post, but I actually deleted it because I didn't want to jinx myself.

If it really does sink, I'm making an unscheduled trip to New Jersey...

If you do make the trip to NJ, please wait until you get a new turbo. I dont want to see you pulling up in the wifey's minivan!!

PS - I can't wait to see pics of it (assuming it didnt sink). It is by far my fav 911 color.
