Evolution of the Turbo...

Greetings,

I've always been fond of Porsche, but as I've "matured" I'm becoming more and more interested in acquiring one. But that's irrelevant to my question.

Those of you who've been around, or driven Porsche vehicles for the last 30 years, specifically the Turbo, how has the car evolved?

Has it been that the next generation would correct the "problems" of the previous generation? Or is it a different car altogether?

The increase of power isn't what I'm talking about, because I see that continuing to grow, but rather the personality of the car. How has it changed from generation to generation?

Just curious.

I would say the beast has been tamed... It's become the _easiest_ super car to drive ever. Everything about it is safe in comparison to the old 930s. It's just a lot more plush, heavier but faster...
