I love the new tail lights. I saw a black Targa all wrapped up in Los Angeles a few months ago and they look even better in person.

From the picture above, we can see the engine under the rear bumper a little bit. Can anyone tell if it is the GT1-based or 9A1-based engine from the picture?

exhaust tips have changed...reflect the rear lamps in shape.

That engine does look weird, maybe it's just an illusion from the angle.

Whats the diff between the two engines? and does that mean that the current mods available for the 08 997 turbo will not work for the 09?

The difference is one had a LOT of heritage and the other loves to spit oil on your garage floor!
