Even though Voltphreaks batteries are nano-lithium instead of lead-acid, they are completely compatible with existing 12V lead-acid batteries. They are a drop-in replacement and will last 3 to 4 times as long as a lead-acid battery.

Wanted to add, we currently have a demo Voltphreaks lightweight battery system that was used in a Daytona Prototype for sale, model VPR-S30. This is our lightest Endurance series battery.

Normal price is $2099, asking $1699. With this battery, you would gain all the advantages of a lightweight battery without any of the disadvantages, as this battery has 26Ah capacity. Weight is 7.75 pounds.
