The new rig looks sweet. Damn nice setup you have now.

Beware of the 1000 HP mods. My buddy has propane injection on his running north of 900 HP and he is on his sixth Allison tranny.

nice rig! i have 06 duramax work/tow rig and i will tell you first thing to do is check the load rating of those tires! While big rims look awesome (i have 18s with 35s on them) they 90% of the time can get you in trouble with DOT on load rating etc etc hence why when im pulling my trailers I switch back to stock and get killer gas mileage.

Oh ya your gas mileage will improve greatly as your beast breaks in. Honestly ,you got a great truck they ride great town anything and are comfy as hell for a full sized truck wish you good luck with it!

ya if your doing over 50hp 100ftlbs of added power your going to want to atleast do a Trans Go JR shift kit to keep the line pressure up on the 5th and 6th clutches (likes to smoke them when you add power and drive it hard)

My buddy got around to finally getting one. He has an 04 and after about 1000TQ, he smoked the tranny, and I talked him into the ATS.

Very nice Tony! I can't tell if you're running the 5.9L or the new 6.7L.

Thanks Jimbo, I got the 6.7 and love it. I had a few 5.9's and what I really like in the 6.7 is the new 6 speed auto and exhaust brake.

Initial impressions? I drove a 6.7L STOCK and wasn't throughly impressed. WAY too much emissions crap from the get-go. I assume that is all removed.

Awesome! My buddy has his 5.9L 12valve mechanical built CRAZY, and is always winning and doing good at truck pulls.

I have a special place in my heart for a 8-10,000 pound truck that can fart a cloud of black smoke and can run with 10-12 second cars.

I agree with the emission crap, my previous 5.9 had a full Banks package and would belch black smoke. My 6.7 is breaking in and is beginning to pull real hard but does not smoke at all, the weak link in my 5.9's was the 4 speed auto. I loved to punch it at a traffic light and leave the cloud of smoke!

Yeah, the 6.7L, from what I've read/gathered, is harder to get to blow, but of course, that doesn't mean she isn't fast (as some people think). A few people have had luck with stacking a chip and the QUADZILLA.... but in my area, police have been cracking down and are now enforcing against black smoke... It is a visual hazard

This was my 5.9 last year, I was not happy with the color.
