Having an S with those same sides and wheels, and stock suspension, I'd say no.

I have never bottomed out the suspension. BUT you have to go SLOW into driveways and over speed bumps. The front lips (lower splitter) are only $145.00. I keep one in stock and I do not use the 2 screws to hold it on (the cup car lower splitter does not have the screw holes) I just rip it off and put on a new one when it gets bad. I am still on my first one. Here are some pics for reference.

No, its not lowered, im not sure I could stand it.. ive already destroyed the lower lip twice!!

The splitter clips in. When you damage it just rip it out and snap in a new one.
