grave, sounds like you are not running latest firmware. Also check the iPod and update on iTunes, then reset using 12 and center button on wheel (hold long enough to blank out). Do a reset on your Aux box for the Dension after uploading firmware, then shut off car and arm 10 minutes. That should do it.
