Well, I finally made the move to a Porsche after years of BMW's and Audi's. I'm so pleased with my car and I can't wait to take it to the next level. I received it last a week ago Monday and dropped it off that day for some targeted "tweaks" and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I have to give a shot out to:

Painted the Carrera Sport wheels matte black (sick)

I love the sport combination, the matte black wheels are very unique.

 

I would love to lower my aero 997 but I already scrape enough as it is. Nice ride!

 

Thank you for the responses. I'm really happy with how it's turned out so far. My big question will be whether or not to paint the front Carrera Cup lip...I like the look of the matte black lip with the wheels, but painted would look great as well...

Keep the front lip black it adds a nice contrast and whilst your at it why not paint the Carrera S lettering in matte black as well.

 

I agree with leaving it as is...plus you won't worry about it as much

+1 agree. It will go well with the wheels.

 

Front lip looks best in black plastic, I'd also add CF mirrors and the GT3 vent for some more contrast.

 

Great something like the Techart mirror covers.

 

I agree with the Techart mirror covers...I'll have to look for a pair.
