I'm may purchase one of these 997S? Ideas?

Car A. 997S 2006.

997S, 32,200 miles,
Options:
Aerokit
Navigation system
Sport Exhaust
Sport Chrono Package
Other small options. Original MSRP was $101,000.

The dealer is asking me $69,000 if I want the car to be CPO. If we don't CPO the car then the dealer asks $66,000.

Car B, 2005, 997S, with 21,000 miles on it.
Options
Nav systems
Sport Exhaust
Sport Chrono package
Other small options. Original MSRP was $92,000.
The car is not a CPO and the dealer is asking $66,000. The dealers is asking $69,000 if we CPO the car.

Both cars are in excellent conditions. Which one do you think is a better deal?

Thanks

are you going to modify or track the car? is it a daily driver?

some things to think about when considering the CPO...

I also agree that both prices are high.

Please, help

More info, both cars are silver with black leather interior. Both cars have heated seats, bose high end option, leather package, sport exhaust option, chrono package.

Car A I'm negotiating $66,000 including CPO.

Car B I'll negotiate $64,000 including CPO.

If you guys know about better deals, please let me know. I prefer something around the 10,000 mile range with the following options:

Silver exterior,
black interior
heated seats,
sport exhaust option,
bose high end option
Aerokit

Thank you

Still looking...

I decided not to move forward. I'm still looking. Guys, I'll appreciate your support in helping me finding a nice 997S, low milage, silver exterior with black interior, export exhaust system, bose high end option, and aerokit. I prefer to negotiate with private seller.

HELP!!!!!

mileage definitely is high on that '06, make sure 30k was done. The general rule with most cars is the dealer picks them up for about $7k less than they retail, with a Porsche and other high end vehicle I'm sure it's actually a more dramatic discount. I wouldn't be surprised if they picked that up for less than $54k. Come back at them with $58k and see if they can move closer to $60k..otherwise, at the current price I would pass on both of the vehicles due to mileage and another year of depreciation would knock them down there to retail anyway.

Definitely go private if you can.
