wheels and bodykit
I agree with all of this. A friend of mine told me smart people are buying up all the property they can get their hands on, and the REALLY smart people are waiting a year because thats when it should be at full bottom.
I would not be looking for a positive correction in the housing mkt for awhile. There can be small pockets of instances contrary to that, but overall it's grim.
I've been involved in RE in the recent past, and I can tell you that we have not seen the RE mkt bottom yet. The second wave is just hitting, to be quite honest. It's not pretty.
The first wave were those who bought in 2005-'07 before the bubble burst, and many of those who shouldn't have been approved.
This second wave that is just hitting is all those who have been in their home 7-10 years minimum who during the boom re-financed their homes (at a new, higher-appraised value) and pulled out $$ against their magically appearing equity for cars, boats, vacations, college tuition's; and now after the crash are so upside down on their properties that they are throwing the keys to the banks and walking away. Unemployment is greater than what is being publicly revealed and this is a contributing factor as well. BK's are through the roof. Lots of used cars hitting the mkt- repos, for the very same reason. The mkt is flooded with used, late model cars.
Many RE listings as we speak, are teetering on foreclosure. A double-digit percentage... and not small.
It's a blood bath and it isn't over yet.
Now go take that wunnerful car for a spin as soon as weather permits!

Well then we need to find you another supercharger project or something! LOL Winter time always brings out thoughts of selling cars that have been sitting for months........It usually subsides after the 1st drive of the year
Winter is always tough on me and owning cars.......I didn't do the winter cleaning this year. But in my defence, the car is spotless,LOL!
I will take some of that "Or something",LOL!
Never know Ed,you never know!

Let's see, you drove all the way from your place too a BBC in your wife's car, because you thought it might rain (which it didn't). I really doubt you will do it.

Otherwise I would have brought my Porsche,LOL!
See IF that gets a reaction from you know who!
Stacy
Yes I did bring the wife's car.....BUT if you remember correctly, because it was me,my wife and Jim(jjC4Scab)....I had to bring the baby seat for Jim to ride safely...I hate it when kids rub the back of the seat with their feet
Otherwise I would have brought my Porsche,LOL!

No sorry they didn't! I tried to sell the moulds to a sponsor on 6 speed but they only wanted to give me $1,000 for them! Which I think was ridiculous, after all I was in them for a heck of a lot more!!!!
Cheers,

Hey everyone,
I have had a few PM's about side skirts and rear spats so I thought that I would chime in to fill you all in....
The car was sold some time ago and I have the molds here with me(in my garage) and sorry to say that I have no desire or means to produce them....sorry! So I apologize for anyone that hopes of having the same look that my car did! Oh and thanks for behind the scenes compliments!
Cheers,
P.S. and yes I still poke into the forums, now and then!
