To Alex's point, the aerokit is designed in a windtunnel to act as a complete solution. The aerokit reduces lift to exactly zero, both front and rear, at 200kph - that is how it's engineered. I like the idea of the aerokit because, unlike ricer's spoilers, it's well designed and factory-proven. Doing just the rear undoes all of that engineering and the wing becomes just bling.
We would not recommend omitting the factory fan as it will increase the heat within your engine bay.

Go to the AD and get on the list. They are back ordered and the price keeps going up.
