I could see if it was ordered as an accessory and to be put on by the dealer, but if the factory puts it on as a factory option it most certainly should be painted...

4wheelguy, if you go on edmunds.com, search porsches and use the keyword "meteor" you get about 500 hits. Multiply that by about 10 pics / listing, and you have about 5000 samples to look at.

I have a meteor gray 997s, and it looks awesome.

I'm looking into an '06 with Seal Gray. Why was the color discontinued in the first place? Not popular enough? Meteor better? I'm having trouble telling the difference between the two. Thanks. And if anyone does have the 2 side by side it would be much appreciated.
