Nav problem

Just installed a nav and changed my radio to the pcm, only my nav really doesnt work that well the little arrow is all over the map and doesnt always correspond with the actual location. NEO else have this problem and how did they fix it? what could be wrong?

no idea could you be missing the gps antenna ?

Sounds like the Nav Antenna.

I recently had my front windshield replaced. The installer damaged the antenna. My Nav was all over the place after. Dealer found and fixed the problem and charged the installation company $800. Works great now.

did you have your navi programmed by the dealer?

programmed how?

usually when you put in NAV, the dealer has to program it.. thats what i was told.
