That does look like a cool solution. The beach towel thing looked a little ghetto.

Suggest you post this as a new topic. Have you considered just removing them and spray painting them?

Fantastic!!!

Just recieved my golf club cover from www.porschesuperstore.com. I'ts PERFECT and it seems to be a Porsche product. If you're a golfer, next to a good lesson, it will be the best $$$$ you'll ever spend!

A buddy and I took a golf trip to NH from CT last fall. 2 bags, shoes, luggage, etc. No problem at all. Both bags in the back seat area - head covers were plenty to protect things (though we did wrap our towels around the rest of the clubs. Other gear in the boot. Plenty of room - nothing in the front seats but us duffers. Car was fine - remember that, it's just a car... Trip was uneventful until we were coming back from Mt. Washington to make a tee time and decided to take a short-cut shown on the map. Showed as paved road, but 26' paved turned into 20' paved into 18' rolled gravel and eventually to about 12' rock / dirt. Should have seen the looks we got from the campers all there in jacked-up Pick-ups and SUVs...
