997 Facelift photos, including interior (finally)!
I just saw these on carmagazine.com, and thought we should take a look at the new interior:

Looks like we get a black PCM with new nav widescreen, SD card slot on top right, and new A/C controls.

Headlights have the new lamp on the inside corners (not sure what for: daytime running lights or directional lights) and the bumper is similar to the Boxster's (e.g. signal lamps are inline with bumper vents/cut outs).

Looks like the front bumper is still lighty camoed.
Do the rear flares look extra wide to you?
Here's more pics and the entire article, which states a 10% -15% (yes %) increase in power which I think is a typo but we'll soon see.

yeah i noticed that as well--i for one would love to see more 'flared' rear fenders. can't wait to see official photos...
looks less aggressive to me, the sidemirros are too tall. Looks a bit more retro to me for some reason (the front end). Inside bits, not much of a change, still looks fine but a bit busy.
The inside lamp is a projector high beam.
Anyways, enough about cosmetics, I hope they bump up the HP 20hp min. for both S and non.

Not a Current Spy Shot
The photo of the exterior. Notice the cornfield in the background.
Assuming that the photo was taken in Germany (which is plausible, given the plates and road signs), the photo was taken last August or September. Plenty of time ago for any bumper/mirrors/etc to simply be pulled out of spare parts bins. Not necessarily a body that's ready for production.
That cornfield was harvested, then cut down to the dirt for winter dormancy over 6 months ago.
