Difference in Euro and US markets? Help please

Hey guys I was wondering wondering what all the differences between a EURO 911 (German Market perhaps?) US-Spec 911?

Headlights? Tires? Manifolds? Emissions? What are the differences in the cars? How much would a conversion cost if one were to take a 911 with them when moving? I appreciate the help guys and gals!

PS. Email me if you're 997 is forsale!

I would get in touch with the country that you are going to. In Canada we have some cars that require major changes, why others (like the 997) require almost nothing done to it.

However, I remember a guy from Norway (on this forum) bought a 997 in the US and imported it to Norway. I don't think that he had to do too much to bring it in.

I have attempted reaching TUV with no luck. My next step is simply going to be a phone call to Germany. Thanks for the input though!

there are every few differences. mainly headlight aiming and the rear bumperettes, along with the analog speedo markings in Mph instead of kph. I have had many customers take carts back to Europe over the years and none have had any real issues (Audi's and P cars). I would suggest a newer 05+ model though. emissions and other things are not any diff, as Porsche engineers the sportscars to a worldwide standard, to specific to a single country. (what they tell us)
