Damn - I should have waited for the facelift. I mean how am I going to live without an upshift indicator?

Had one on my 87 911 and covered it with electrical tape..... it was very annoying....

Had the upshift indicator on an '86 Ford Escort. That is one feature I hope I can disable...(I liked to loiter around 4000 rpm in my 993)

Doubtful, and only fully optioned models will have full featured stuff like this. More than likely it will have the capability of BT and iPod, but unless you order 19 other options, it's not active. Similar to the phone option now - where the buttons and other goodies are there, but the brain isn't.
