Thanks a great deal!!
Ok guys,
Being that this was my first Porsche, and work being so busy that I really have very little time to do the research, I just wanted to the dealer to take it off of my hands. He is willing to do the 64k.
For your info, I had no room at all to negotiate my 997TT Cab. I virtually had to beg with $1000 in hand for them to do the order (got it in less than 3 months from the date that I placed the order). They offered me their next "bucket" if I would buy a Cayenne Turbo also. So, I agreed. I got my 997TT Cab with PCCB's, Hard Top, Short shifter (all listed below) for 158,000. No negotiations on this. So, I guess he felt bad about this (ahh... right...
) so he is giving me a deal on the trade (have yet to give him my 997s 2 weeks after taking delivery on the 997TT Cab).
But thanks so much for all your advice. It seems like the overwhelming majority say "997S for 64k! Sold to the Porsche Dealer!!!".
Will drive it there today...

Are you the guy with the black 911, the extremely loud one?
Edit --I read your second post and realize why they are giving you that 64K . They realize that a lowball trade would insult you enough to walk away from a deal where they are positioned to profit heavily --TWICE . They can do much better IMO.
The markup on that 997tt cab is significant . Since your car is well kept they will even profit off your trade by asking upper 60's and closing above that 64K .
