That when you bring your car in for nonsense warentee stuff, the tech actually looks over your car and winds up finding a major repair thats covered. I brought the car in for a auto window switch that didnt work, and they dropped the tranny and changed the rear main seal because it just started to leak. I thought the RMS situation was corrected but I guess not. Only 14k on an 06 997s. Are the new seals an updated version or are they going to replace it with the same style seal?

 

This seal was what was causing my check engine light come on every other sunday. Changed the seal and my flywheel, all under warranty. Gotta love it.

 

I doubt that my dealer would help out like that. I have a US car in Canada, they aren't really interested in my car.
