hey someone told me that that cars equipped with pasm allows car to be lowered when activated

anyone can verify this?

yes, lowers them by 10mm.


Does anyone know how much lower the gt3 is?

you cant lower the car with pasm activation.
a pasm car is just 10mm lower than non-pasm.

Agree.............PASM does not lower the car any more than it comes from the factory. It does adjust the the shock fluid flow valve making the suspension stiffer.

I had read a report last year stating that it lowered the car .79 of an inch. Apparently that turns out to be untrue.

So, the PASM makes the car just under 1/2 inch lower than without.

At least that is how the dealer explained it.

Any one know what the ROW numbers are? My shop installed the Bilstein Damptronics and set the suspension to ROW, I am curious if the GT3 has a common height in NA and ROW?

tks guys.. for the verification!..the gap still looks damm high despite 10mm lowering.. but cant compalin no problems ON any nasty bumps...

You can talk to our local lowriders who use air suspensions on their cars, complete with hand held air pressure controls. After installing one of their systems can crank up your Bose systme to some hip hop and have your Porsche dance a little or bounce a foot off the pavement on your driveway!
