Sport Chrono Light

I must be loosing my mind.....When coming home last night I noticed the lap counter/stop watch on the dash wasn't lit like the rest of the gauges.
Maybe it isn't suppose to be lit and I just really didn't notice! In any cause I can't seem to get it to light up!!!! Can you guys help?
Thanks! =-)

Lightbulb

It's only lit, while it's being used.

The sport chrono timer is only illuminated when in use (which is next to never for most of us). Activate with the computer stock.

Common Ken, are you saying you never get stuck in a traffic jam, that is the only time that most people start playing with there SC

Hi Ed,

Interesting, as I've never used the SC, only the sport button. Maybe we should try the SC to time our laps next time at Mission Track days.

BTW, when I'm stuck in traffic, I play with something else...

Tim,

I don't think #13 is driven enough to play with the SC. No timing at Mission, it is a DE not a race! I can figure out my times by reviewing the video that I take at the track.

Are you coming out this weekend to the BBC?

Ed

I expect I see far fewer traffic jams here in OC than you do in Vancouver (traffic sucks there). Luckily, I have a short and easy commute on freeway in off-peak direction. And no, even if stuck in a jam once in a while, I don't find the SC interesting enough to play with. I just crank up the Bose.

Drive the off hours, early in the morning and later in the day and things are great.

I don't use the SC other then the sport program for the throttle and the suspension.

Sport chrono-chrono delete

If you order the Sport chrono package. Can you delete the chrono on the dash? Doesn't appear, from the previous discussion, that it gets much use??
Regards, Dave

It would be more useful if it at least provided a clock. It doesn't even do that.
