I ordered my next mod today from Suncoast Parts, Ric was excellent to deal with and was able to answer all of my questions. On it's way is a set of 996 GT3 Seats, GT3 Harnesses, and a Roll Bar. Anyone else have this in there 997?

I look forward to meeting you as well, hopefully you still have your cab.
I still have lots of track days left and I will do a whole bunch more next year.
As for the rest of Canada, you are pretty close to the mark on a few more weeks until winter sets in
My wife has told me I needed to drop a few pounds, so I thought this was the best way to do it...screw running!

I know it should probably offset the weight of the scaffolding (roll bar). I wasn't as concerned about weight savings as a few pounds aren't going make a difference, I wanted to keep myself more stationary on the track instead of working to keep me in the right driving position.

Yes, and the Porsche GT3 6pt Harnesses. Can't wait for the first track day with these seats and harnesses.
We did a weight comparison a few months ago. We had a stock Boxster seat (no electronics, lumbar, heat, etc...) and it weighed in at 46 lbs. The black leather GT3 seat with rails weighs 26 lbs. Two GT3 seats and the Tequipment rollbar (~33 lbs) weigh less than the stock seats alone, especially if your stock seats do have all the electronic goodies in them!
