Yea you should be able to get in the mid 60's for that car retail. Im a wholesaler from NY and I am the 5th biggest wholesale dealer at manheim auto auction in PA.

Galves Pricing on the car is $53,000 - $55,000 with 29K wholesale
Black Book Pricing is Average $50,150 and Clean $53,150
They are selling @ Manheim Beteewn $53,000 - $56,200

And yellow is a good color. I also have the same car in Black.

Hope that helps.

Man, thank you so much for some real hard numbers and very nice choice on your C2S as well. I really appreciate your blessing for my biz as well. I've been hustling my business for 7 years now in Irvine CA, as soon as I recoop and start searching for my compensation, I'll look you up. Thanks again.

I purchased a 2005 S coupe for $62,000. in May of this year. The car had 7000 miles on it and was just about perfect, six speed. However, it did not have a lot of extras. No PCCB, no Sport chrono and no sport seats. Also a bare bones stereo. It has nav, which I don't care about, and PASM and PSE. This was close to what I was looking for, more of a bare bones no frills car. Arctic silver and grey interior, standard lobster wheels, just another boring Porsche. I don't know if I paid too much or too little but I looked around a lot and this was about 4 to 5 grand lower than comparable models in California a few months ago.

what's important is that you are happy with the car. Like you said earlier this year that was a good deal. I'm on the last leg of selling my car. I have two very good offers. Cheers.

So a private party sell, 2006, C4S cab,Nav,Bose,Full leather 6400 miles should be approx? Black book is what dealers/wholsalers are paying at auctions?

Do you think this year is still a good buy? It's a Tip, which I need because of a very bad left knee.

Thanks!!!
