See there's always a "gotch ya" just when you think you have the system beat!

This isn't fair!!!

BTW, I see this group offers a "professional" version. Maybe that software is more advanced to allow the above issue to be resolved?

Pretty sure I fixed the seat belt issue. What I did was complete the circuit with my old receptors placed under my new race seats. I then installed Porsche Euro receptors (longer) for the seatbelt, but these have no electronics. I think the brain will think the original seat beats are still installed and attached and should not throw a light. BTW, this required me to insert a male seatbelt connector into the stock receptor. I will try to post a picture as I am sure this sounds a bit cornfusing...

Seat Belt Loop Out

A picture is worth a 1000 words. Here is what I did. Notice the male belt fitting IS permanently attached to the female stock receptor, thus completing the loop. All this is stuffed under my race seats. If I can figure it out, I might be able to do the same trickery with the air bag BS. If not, to the stealer I will go... BTW, if case you are wondering, the male fittings came from my rear seat belts which I removed along with my rear jump seats. This is a 996, not sure about 997's.

Here's something to consider.

I had the airbags in my 360 disabled. There are two switches in the glove box and I have a key which would enable me to turn them on if I chose to do so.

It was Bob Brown at www.airbagonoff.com

He may have a way to disable the seat airbag lights.

Check with these folks also: http://www.myairbags.com/?gclid=CICv...FRNOagodU2RQkQ
