Ok after a long and exhaustive search, I think I finally found my first Porsche. Its a CPO'd 07 with 7000 miles and full leather. Other options are
Classic Wheels, Bose, heated seats, Telephone Module(have to see how I'll work that with the iPhone since the sim isn't easy to get to), Park Assist, and power seats for 74400. Does that sound like a good deal? Thanks for the input guys, and hopefully I can be posting pics by Sunday.

If you love that car it is close enough

My feeling goes like this -- while shopping it's best to really search and negotiate but once you find "the one" if the price is within reasonable doubt --I say buy it.

What color ? Just curious . Best wishes with the new car.

sounds like a good deal to me. I purchased mine for $74500 and original MSRP was $97k. It's an '06 C4S with 15k miles. If you like it, go for it.

might be not too bad- This car has almost 10k miles on it, maybe you can beat them down lower. Is this a coupe / cab?

The phone thing is garbage. There are better aftermarket options like the BT phone module from NavTV or MoBridge. No sport chrono? That is a very handy option package.
18" wheels or 19"? IMHO 19" wheels fit the car so much better. (I think you are looking at S cars right? if so, disregard this question).

G/L! Isn't pcar shopping fun?
